We've recently migrated e-professional into our MyBCS platform - if you're trying to sign into your e-professional account and your details aren't being recognised, it may be because:
1. you don't have an existing MyBCS account
To log into e-professional, you now need to have a MyBCS account which uses the same email address that you use for your e-professional account. Click here to create your MyBCS account.
or
2. you have an e-professional account and a MyBCS account but they have different email addresses
For your e-professional account to successfully migrate to MyBCS. both of your accounts will need to use the same email address.
You can update your MyBCS email address by going to the My profile page and editing your details. Once your MBCS and e-professional accounts have the same email address, log into e-professional again and you'll be prompted to migrate your account - a process which only takes a few seconds.

Trying to access e-professional?
We've recently migrated the e-professional portal to our *MyBCS platform which means you now need to have a MyBCS account to access e-professional.
If the email address you just entered is a match for your e-professional account, you'll shortly receive an email with a link you can follow to setup or link your MyBCS account.
Click the link in the email to create or link your MyBCS account and access e-professional.
If your email address is already linked with a MyBCS account follow the steps in the email.
